Terms & Conditions

These terms set out how enquiries, quotes, allergy information, travel, and onsite service requirements are handled before a booking is accepted.

Enquiry and approval

All meal orders, private chef services, events, and other requests are enquiries only until Harah's Kitchen confirms acceptance directly. Sending an enquiry, quote request, or WhatsApp message does not create a confirmed booking.

Prices shown by the meals quote builder are estimates for review. Final acceptance may depend on availability, location, timings, dietary requirements, supplier access, and service conditions.

Notice and service area

Prepared meal requests normally require at least 48 hours' notice.

Standard delivery is reviewed within approximately 25 miles of Wembley. Requests outside this area may still be possible for an additional fee and remain subject to review.

Allergies and dietary information

Customers must provide complete and accurate allergy, intolerance, and dietary information before acceptance. Harah's Kitchen will review declared information, but cannot assess needs that have not been disclosed.

Menus may include common allergens or be prepared in environments where allergens are present. If there is a severe allergy or medical dietary requirement, this must be stated clearly before confirmation.

Onsite service requirements

Onsite private chef or meal preparation services require suitable kitchen conditions, safe access, working utilities, clear preparation space, and appropriate equipment unless agreed otherwise.

Onsite services outside the usual area or requiring additional setup, staffing, equipment, access time, parking, or travel may carry an additional fee and remain subject to review.

Changes and availability

Harah's Kitchen may suggest changes where ingredients, suppliers, travel, timings, or kitchen conditions affect the enquiry. Any confirmed service details should be agreed directly before the booking is treated as accepted.
